My lovely friend Clare braved the cool February air and took the yellow pantsuit on a romantic stroll up to Castell Coch! Ha!!!! So rude! Here is Clare's experience in her own words. Daffodils are the perfect flower to accompany the most mustardy of outfits on her first Welsh adventure!
Castell Coch (pronounced kass-teth Koch). With a bunch of daffodils in my hands I danced up the path to this glorious 19th-century Gothic Revival castle overlooking the villages of Cardiff.
Dog walkers, cyclists and children wearing walking boots and snow jackets stopped and stared as this maiden in a flimsy yellow pant suit came to the castle. Did I shiver or turn blue? … No … this outfit has powers! … and my children just asked “Why??!!”.
